All services are subject to the terms of a separate written agreement between 4 Alarm Handyman Service and the client.

3. Quotes and Estimates

Any quotes or estimates provided by 4 Alarm Handyman Service are valid for 30 days from the date issued. They are based on the information provided by the client at the time of the request. Changes in the scope of work may result in adjustments to the original quote or estimate.

4. Contracts

Before any work commences, a written contract must be signed by both the client and 4 Alarm Handyman Service. The contract will outline the scope of work, payment terms, timelines, and any other specific conditions related to the project.

5. Payments
